 I think we can accomplish additional work- often at a committee level.

Dear Members of MidMaine Lacrosse,

Thursday, September 18th will be our Grand Council Meeting. We will meet at 6:00pm at the Palmyra Community Center. All parents, coaches and board members are encouraged to attend. 

It is a very important meeting as will be discussing the future of high school lacrosse within our communities. Mr. Chris Hopkins, Head Master at MCI will present a proposal for the members of MidMaine Lacrosse to consider. Mr. Hopkin's presentation will open our meeting. We will commence at 6:00pm precisely.

Following Mr. Hopkins presentation, we have a heavy agenda....

As always we will try to keep the meeting to 7:00pm but I suspect this meeting will go until 7:30pm.
