V. Trees-Jay McDougal, John Baker (on crutches)
Jay is getting lights and will need to be reimbursed. I will pay Dalou Farms. Jay and Duncan might meet Breac and _______, _______ to move trees and racks from farm to PCC @ 9:00am Sunday 12/22. We will need to make a weather call that Sunday morning. Mike Cray was not able to attend our BOD meeting so we remain a bit unsure of electrical outlets for lights, food and show. The tree committee will have trees and lights ready to be decorated at 11:00am. We may need additional helpers to put lights on trees. If raffle winners do not want their tree, Dekk and Nancy Monteyro have volunteered to accept receipt of the trees in their burn pile.
Konnentt Bolliger is creating 'raffle ticket' baskets for placement by each tree. I need to print display signs advertising tree sponsors and decorators. I need a method to prop these up.

IX. Bonfires-Rusty Wilson

Rusty-The fires need to be in containers. We have one. Do you need it?

Do you need wood?

We will need fires from 4-7pm.

Do we need one most of the day for workers and dress rehearsal?

Who is one your committee so I don't volunteer them for other work?

We will need a few water buckets to be safe. Do we need permit at public event?

The fires should be strategic near stage.

We should have an awning with side and an electric (quiet heater) in it so 'on deck performers' can be warm (instruments can be warm) but ready to go on stage efficiently. We have awning. Does anyone have 'side suggestions?' Can someone volunteer to see to this job? I have asked Kevin Wheeler and he is checking his family schedule.

This warrants nice display--perhaps second awning and heater.

Dekk and Nancy-might we borrow your larger awning for this?
