The Ted Hellier Lacrosse Festival soon approaches. It promises to be a fun filled day of lacrosse. It is a further drive than some of our routine contests. It is yet another distanced drive for our overloaded 6/7/8 middle school team. (We will continue learning and next year the middle school schedule will be closer and kinder.) In the meantime, thank you ALL for your committed efforts to see the problem places through. We promised we were learning and would make mistakes. We have. We have made mistakes. We are learning from them.
There are middle school and high school parents willing to bring players in need of rides to South Portland. If you are a work weary parent and choose to arrive for the afternoon and not the share the entire day, we will strive, as an organization, to see that all players are ready for their 8:50 and 9:45 first game starts (ms and hs respectively). If you are a work weary coach and choose to arrive in the afternoon, alternate coaches will temporarily fill your spot, for this one moment in time. We can problem solve and still enjoy the experience of the Ted Hellier Festival. Please let Gretchen or Karen know of transportation needs. Thanks to all. Gretchen
