Dear Parents and Lacrosse Enthusiasts,
Our President will retire this spring. Now is a great time to GET INVOLVED. Please attend some meetings and discover how you might be best suited to help sustain and build MidMaine Lacrosse moving forward.
Attend a few meetings and sit back, watch and learn. You do not necessarily need to volunteer right off....Learn how we work, what we need and what suits you.
OPPORTUNITY AWAITS for which YOU are uniquely suited. None of us knew anything about lacrosse when we began in 2011 (so throw such an excuse out the window....)
Currently there are positions for inventory, field painters, computer technology and a dessert chef. We will need a new secretary soon.
MidMaine Lacrosse (THANKS to area businesses) is thus far supporting local lacrosse opportunity in 7 communities.
We have direct support from the TOWN of PALMYRA.
School support began in RSU #19 and is growing swiftly in MSAD #53 and continues to expand in RSU #19.
The numbers of elementary school players quadrupled this fall.
The MPA MCI/Nokomis school cooperative which might, if all continues as it has, earn Varsity status next year......
Volunteers are needed across the organization.
Parnet/BOD Meeting Thursday 1/14 7pm PCC
